Moving on from last week to my second location in Maryland. This park and recreation area features a great hike route to see the cliff and also enjoy some beach time. At the beach you can comb the sand for shark teeth. This park is located in Lusby , Calvert county Maryland. The spread of wetland plants growing on water makes for a beautiful scenery along the trails. These hydrophytes which lives partially or completely submerged in water was my favorite note of the day. The cliff itself was a beautiful site to see and well worth the hike. Here with some pics of Calvert cliff park.
Check back next week for the next location.
