I know it is not breaking news that the year 2020 has been a wash. It has been uncomfortable, challenging, frustrating, scary, unpredictable, strange, and downright annoying sometimes. I have not been happy with it, but when I think about it, I have loved a lot of it. I have spent more time with my family though mostly over the phone. Spent more time prioritizing what is important to me, and more time slowing down rather than speeding up. Less time looking at a phone and more time outside. More time being present. I have laughed a hell of a lot more.
I don’t really know the point of me saying all this, but I do know I am grateful and thank GOD for my life, and I am holding on to that through this uncertainty. Maybe you should try it to, it helps.
